Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this known hotel. Overall it was spotless, with an open bathroom. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and catered to my every need. Had great location especially in the restaurant where I had a lovely dinner, close to a church and a theatre. I tried some drinks at bar The Red Lion, located 20 minutes walk away. The service was courteous, just like I expected.

The place was neat and high-class, had very very helpful and so caring staff on reception desk. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, in the Europa's Piano Bar. Besides, North Shore was 2 km away from the venue. Had a wide ranging breakfast, an air-conditioned room with a fantastic view of the mountains.
