The location was great and fab in a walkable area, next to shopping area and luster museum and city hall, all three restaurants and the most iconic pubs in all of Belfast.

The staff were pretty poor, breakfast was generous. The bed was very big and the bedroom was superior. We ate in the huge restaurant which was reasonably priced.
The room was tastefully decorated and I loved the chic-style building. Wonderful hotel in really quiet area. Also, it was easy walk to a concert hall. Lots of supplies in the room: complimentary Wi-Fi, climate control and hairdryer.
